Churwell Primary School

Learn, Aspire, Achieve

School Uniform

All children are expected to wear full school uniform as this builds a positive identity towards the school and learning and helps children be part of our school community. School uniform is smart and practical for daily activities. We want our children to be recognised in the wider community and to be proud of wearing the Churwell Primary School uniform. We expect parents to support our policy.

Children need to wear:

Grey trousers/skirt, pale blue polo shirt or shirt, blue jumper/cardigan, black shoes.

In the summer children can wear grey shorts, smart shorts or a blue, checked summer dress. If children wear sandals they must be practical for school and worn with socks.

PE Kit: Black shorts/leggings/jogging bottoms, white t-shirt, black pumps. For outdoor PE children may wear a dark coloured tracksuit and dark trainers. This academic year, we ask that children attend school in their PE kit on the days that they have PE.

Children may not wear: High heeled shoes or shoes unsuitable for playtime and running. Hooded tops and clothing with slogans on. Hooped or dangly earrings, rings, necklaces or bracelets unless for religious reasons.

Uniforms can be purchased online via the following link:

You can also visit the Uniform Centre in Morley Town Centre.

Most supermarkets also stock school uniform items. School cardigans and jumpers can be purchased without the logo as long as they are plain and dark blue.

Used, good quality Churwell uniform is available from: Morley Church of the Nazarene.

They can be contacted through the Fresh Start Community Projects Facebook page and via the church email address:  morleycotn@gmail.com.
