Community Meals - “Community Meals Leeds is the council’s service providing good nutrition to older people in the community. Our service provides a hot meal and drink at lunchtime, with an option of a cold snack for tea furthermore whilst we are delivering our meals we carry out a safe and well-being check to ensure the customer is well. We are here for both long and short term (holiday/ respite) solutions.
